INPLAN PRO - Module Requisition

"The module Requisition is the INPLAN PRO way to enter all the needs that emerge from the different divisions of a company. It is used by departments, agencies, partners and third parties to report their demands. The requisition uses the internet or the intranet as communication platform.

The main functions of the requisition are:

- flexible search and editing of requistions

- overview of existing requisitions (selected/total)

- inserts of new requisitions

- catalog-based choice of items

- individual descriptions of items

- release of requisitions

- tracking of requisition status (approved, ordered, invoice cleared...)

INPLAN PRO - Mobile Applications

"Nowadays most people in businesses have to be mobile and so their devices have to be as well. 

Regarding this, INPLAN PRO provides the users of the system with a mobile application which can be used on all basic smartphone systems (iOS, Android or Windows mobile). 

The app that is currently available concerns the cost approval of requisitions. 

A user can approve (or deny the approval of) a requisition with this app, getting all the important informations that are needed to make this decision. 

Soon there will be more applications available for other purposes like reportings or even entering new requisitions.
